Leadership Development Paths include the use of climate surveys, 360 feedback, and personality profiling which benchmark leadership competencies and styles. These enable leaders to create individual development plans with clear goals and metrics. Coaching engagements that yield the best results are those where the client invests in 3 sessions in quick succession at the beginning to gain momentum and really start noticing positive changes. Sessions last 60 mins and each session links to the over-riding goal for the client. Clients who commit to 6-9 sessions notice a change in their framing of problems, take more responsibility for what is occurring in their lives and begin to vision the life they really want to have rather than zoning in on one thing that is blocking their energy. “Pain pushes until Vision pulls” – coaching is about clarifying and crafting the vision you have for your life.
